Paulina Porizkova, 57, shares bikini selfie as she posts about getting her body 'back on track' after hip pain

Paulina Porizkova says she's "ready for the hot tub" after taking part in grueling physical challenges on the CBS reality show Beyond the Edge. The supermodel — who recently turned 57 — was among nine celebrity contestants competing in physical tasks while living in the Panamanian jungle.

Sharing a selfie that shows her showing off her toned figure in a bright blue bikini, Porizkova told fans that she's treating herself to some self-care and "trying to figure out how to fix my hips after my jungle adventure."

"I haven’t been able to walk properly for months," the former America's Next Top Model judge said of the toll the show took on her body. "After a week of trying to figure out the culprits and working out and eating healthy, I think I’m back on track. I count myself as incredibly lucky to have been able to do this, and very grateful indeed.

"It will take some physical work on my part to regain flexibility, but now I know what to do," she added. "We all only have one body, an amazing [and] magical creation — we need to treat it well so it can keep carrying our inimitable souls."

Porizkova has previously credited Pilates workouts with helping her keep her figure long and lean. Often reminding fans that "#SexyHasNoExpirationDate," the mother of two grown sons is also outspoken about society's beauty standards and obsession with youth.

“I look good,” Porizkova wrote in a recent Instagram post. “I didn’t realize it would be shocking for a 50-something woman to pose in the same bikinis from 30 years ago that still fit. It’s OK to ogle somebody who could be your daughter but not mature women who know themselves and are most likely way better at sex?”
