"Pasal Kau!" sets October date for Netflix release
2 Sep – Fans will finally get to watch the new romantic comedy "Pasal Kau!", which is all set to be released this 1 October.
However, the Adrian Teh-helmed movie will not be opening in cinemas, as it will be releasing straight on streaming platform Netflix instead.
"After working on action movies like "Wira" and "Paskal" over the last few years, it was a fun and refreshing change to bring stars like Hairul Azreen and Janna Nick together again, for a very different kind of film.
"I hope that Malaysians will enjoy seeing their favourite actors in a new light, and laugh along with us too!" The director shared in a press statement.
"Pasal Kau" follows Aiman who works at a hotel and has fallen in love with one of the guests. However, when an incident occurred at the hotel, he comes to realise that he has feelings for his co-worker Jane.
Aside from Hairul and Janna, the movie also stars Namron, Amerul Affendi, Henley Hii, Taufiq Hanafi, Theeban G and Josiah Hogan.
