Your favorite Pawnee work proximity associates are reuniting next week. Five years after its finale, NBC's Parks and Recreation is returning for a scripted special to raise funds for Feeding America’s COVID-19 Response Fund.

The half-hour special will feature all of the original cast members: Amy Poehler, Rashida Jones, Aziz Ansari, Nick Offerman, Aubrey Plaza, Chris Pratt, Adam Scott, Rob Lowe, Jim O’Heir, and Retta. Some guest stars may even make appearances, too.

The episode was shot from the cast members' respective homes. Addressing our current situation, the special will center on Leslie Knope's determination to stay connected to her friends (one of her top two most important things in life) while social distancing.

“Like a lot of other people, we were looking for ways to help and felt that bringing these characters back for a night could raise some money,” executive producer Michael Schur said in a press release. “I sent a hopeful email to the cast and they all got back to me within 45 minutes. Our old ‘Parks and Rec’ team has put together one more 30-minute slice of (quarantined) Pawnee life and we hope everyone enjoys it. And donates!” State Farm, Subaru of America, NBCUniversal and the Parks and Recreation writers, producers, and cast will match up to $500,000 in donations made through May 21.

Catch the special on Thursday, April 30 on NBC, and treat yo self to some much-needed comedy.
