Parc Canberra sold 316 units over launch weekend

The Hoi Hup Sunway project sold 64% of its total available units.

Executive condominium Parc Canberra received robust interest during its sales launch over the weekend, with 64% or 316 out of its 496 total units sold.

In a statement, Hoi Hup Sunway Canberra revealed that it has launched all the units of Parc Canberra for sale at 9am on 15 February, following the conduct of online balloting exercise during the previous day.

“We are delighted to announce that the response from our applicants was overwhelming,” it said.

As at 4:30pm on 16 February, 316 units were sold at an average price of $1,085 per sq ft (psf).

A mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom units are still available at the development, which is located near the Canberra MRT station.

“We would like to thank all our applicants for their support and belief in our product,” said Hoi Hup Sunway Canberra.

“We are also grateful for their kind understanding and patience when we had to change our balloting and selection procedure in light of the current Covid-19 situation. The health and safety of all our buyers and stakeholders is our top priority as a responsibility developer.”

Applicants have been told to personally drop off their ballot tickets over two days at the sales gallery in the presence of an auditor.

Thereafter, the balloting process was broadcasted live at the development’s Facebook page, with successful applicants requested to visit the sales gallery at specified time slots on 15 February to book their preferred unit.

Situated along Sembawang Vista right next to Sembawang MRT Station, Parc Canberra’s showflat is open daily from 11am to 7pm.
