EXCLUSIVE: Paradigm has signed the NFL’s Aaron Donald, a three-time Defensive Player of the Year and Super Bowl champion, along with his wife and business partner, Erica Donald, for representation in all areas. The agency will look to work alongside Aaron and Erica to further elevate the former’s legacy and explore new opportunities for both as Aaron pivots into a new chapter beyond football.

Best known for his dominant career with the Los Angeles Rams, Aaron Donald is widely regarded as one of the greatest defensive players of all time. Over 10 seasons, he recorded an impressive 543 tackles, 111.0 sacks, and 24 forced fumbles across 154 regular-season games. He appeared in two Super Bowls and two NFC Championships and will be forever celebrated for the game-sealing defensive stop that clinched the Rams’ Super Bowl LVI victory at SoFi Stadium in 2022.

Donald also holds Rams franchise records for both single-season and career sacks, and his legacy includes being a 10-time Pro Bowl selection, a seven-time First-Team All-Pro, and a member of the NFL 2010s All-Decade Team.

Off the field, Donald has focused on contributing to youth development and other social causes, particularly in his hometown of Pittsburgh through his foundation, AD99 Solutions, which empowers under-resourced youth. His dedication to community service also extends to Los Angeles, where he has supported initiatives like the Watts Rams and WalkUnited LA.

Erica Donald began her career working in community affairs and player involvement with the Rams in St. Louis before the team’s move to Los Angeles. Currently, she oversees her husband’s marketing strategy, playing an integral role in shaping his brand off the field.
