S P Setia to Unveil Double-Storey Semi-Detached Units Of Ambrosia II at Setia Bayuemas in Klang
SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR – S P Setia Bhd (“Setia” or the “Group”) plans to launch its upcoming phase of freehold, semi-detached units of Ambrosia II in the verdant township of Setia Bayuemas, Klang on November 16, 2024.
Ambrosia II, which has a total gross development value (GDV) of RM69.39 million, will comprise a total of 38 units of double-storey, semi-detached units with spacious built-ups of 2,891 sq ft with its sleek, modern façade and interiors.
Due to be completed by November 2026, the units will be aptly priced from RM1.75 million to RM2.077 million.
