S P Setia Spreads Threads Of Joy This Chinese New Year
Welcoming the Year of the Rabbit, S P Setia launched its heart-warming Chinese New Year video themed “Threads of Joy”.
Sharing the message of how past blessings are weaved into life’s rich tapestry, the video surrounds a story of how belongings of family members such as clothing or decorative fabrics carry stories and memories from the past and are given new life to spread moments of joy after being repurposed and handed down to the next generation.

Spreading joy to the underprivileged
Uplifting underprivileged communities, S P Setia has engaged Komuniti Tukang Jahit (KTJ) and Kloth, both Malaysian social enterprises which are empowering single women and mothers by upskilling them with tailoring skills.
An upcycling drive, inspired by the storyline of “Threads of Joy”, will be organised to reduce, reuse and recycle pre-loved belongings. Used fabrics or clothes contributed by the staff will be given new life and transformed into new items such as bags and accessories.
Happenings and rewards for homebuyers
With tips on ushering in prosperity and abundance for the home this new year, metaphysicist Dato’ Anthony Cheng will be sharing his tips at his feng shui talks which will be held at Setia International Centre in Kuala Lumpur on 4 February 2022 at 2.00pm to 4.00pm, as well as at TRIO Sales Galleria in Klang on 12 February 2022 at 3.00pm to 5.00pm.
Rewarding homebuyers
Rewarding homebuyers during this festive season, additional rewards of up to RM28,888 are up for grabs when purchasing selected S P Setia properties. A free Touch N Go enhanced card and RFID card will also be gifted when purchasing an S P Setia property from 1 January to 31 March while stocks last.
