Partygoing in in full swing in Hollywood this week an industry ramping up for Sunday’s Oscars. Here is Deadline’s annual list of goings-on around town, with more events likely to be added as the week goes on as some studios date their events at the last minute. MONDAY, MARCH 4

South Asians at the Oscars Pre-Party
6:30 p.m., Paramount Pictures Studios

Prominent South Asian celebrities will join the 2024 South Asian Oscar nominees and shortlisted filmmakers. This event is co-hosted by Kal Penn, Lilly Singh, Hannah Simone, Tan France, Utkarsh Ambudkar, Rupi Kaur, Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, Anita Chatterjee, Shruti Ganguly, and Archana Misra Jain, with a musical performance by Ankur Tewari.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 6

Vanities: A Night For Young Hollywood
Bar Marmont

Vanity Fair and Instagram will host star-studded bash at Bar Marmont in Hollywood, spotlighting the new creative class. The red carpet event will be co-hosted by a committee of young stars who have been previously spotlighted in VF’s Vanities column including Barry Keoghan, Charles Melton and Hunter Schafer.

1 Hotel West Hollywood

The annual awards show, uniting the power of fashion and entertainment for positive transformation, will be co-chaired by GCFA founder Livia Firth, Cate Blanchett, Helen Hunt, Julianne Moore and Zendaya, singer, songwriter, activist and founder of The Circle NGO Annie Lennox, Minister of Indigenous People of Brazil Sônia Guajajara, Ugandan climate justice activist Vanessa Nakate and more.

THURSDAY, MARCH 7

Canada’s 2024 Oscar Celebration
Private Location

Consul General of Canada in Los Angeles Zaib Shaikh and Telefilm executive director and CEO Julie Roy will open the doors of Canada’s House for a private reception to honor this year’s Canadian Oscar nominees.

Oscar Wilde Awards
6:30 p.m., Bad Robot

The 18th annual awards will honor Richie Baneham, Pierce Brosnan and Molly Shannon. The event is hosted by the USIreland Alliance, a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening the relationship between the U.S. and the island of Ireland.

FRIDAY, MARCH 8

NWIFTV Native Women in Film Festival Pre-Oscar Industry Brunch
11 a.m., Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles Beverly Hills

The 15th edition of the event organized by the Native Women in Film & Television in All Media, which advocates for Native and Indigenous Women’s rights in all media platforms. Confirmed guests include Los Angeles County Supervisor Lindsey Horvath, Mary McDonnell, Joanelle Romero, Irene Bedard, Tatanka Means, Tonantzin Carmelo,  Kali Reis, Marie Clements, Erica Gimpel, Giselle Fernandez, Talei Fernandez, Rebecca Brando, Susan Masten and more.

61st Annual ICG Publicist Awards
11:30 a.m., Beverly Wilshire Hotel

Honoring the year’s best campaigns in motion picture and TV, along with bestowing the Les Mason Award for Career Achievement in publicity, the Bob Yeager Award for community service, Publicist of the Year, Press Award, International Media Award and Excellence in Unit Still Photography for both Motion Pictures and Television. Patrick Stewart among this year’s honorees.

British Consulate Oscar Nominee Reception & Celebration of Great Women In Film
4 p.m., Private Location

British Consul General Emily Cloke will raise a toast to this year’s UK nominees and celebrate the UK’s continued impact in film and television. To mark International’s Women’s Day, this year’s reception will celebrate women in film and production – including a special display of costumes from Barbie and a portrait gallery paying homage to some of the women making an impact in the industry. The event will be co-hosted alongside the GREAT Britain and Northern Ireland “see things differently” campaign, BAFTA and the British Film Commission and supported by Visit Britain.

17th annual WIF Oscar Nominees Party
5:15 p.m., Catch Steak LA

Celebrating the women in front of and behind the camera nominated for Academy Awards this year. Hosted by producer and WIF board president Amy Baer, WIF is marking its 50th anniversary.

7:30 p.m., Holloway House

Honoring the best in film.

Vanity Fair Celebrates Oppenheimer
Private Location

Vanity Fair editor in chief Radhika Jones, Saint Laurent creative director Anthony Vaccarello and chairman of Universal Pictures and Universal Filmed Entertainment Group Donna Langley will host an intimate dinner and cocktail party with the film’s cast members, filmmakers, industry friends, and talents in Los Angeles.

SATURDAY, MARCH 9

Verve Animation Brunch

Celebrating the cinema of animation and the 2024 Academy Award nominees for Best Animated Feature and Best Animated Short Film.

Celebration will include special photo opportunities, access to the museum galleries, food by Wolfgang Puck and Shake Shack and wines from Clarendelle & Domaine Clarence Dillon, with access to Fanny’s and the David Geffen Theater to watch the Oscars broadcast live. Neon: Celebrate the 96th Academy Awards
3:30 p.m., Hollywood Athletic Club

Neon’s viewing party will see doors open at 3:30, with an after-party to immediately follow the Oscars telecast.
