Only in New York! Destroyed car still gets ticketed for parking near fire hydrant

Filmer Omar is walking down the sidewalk in Brooklyn, New York when he comes across a car parked next to a fire hydrant. The car is completely destroyed with the front windshield missing but still has a parking ticket on the windshield wiper for parking by the hydrant. The footage was filmed on June 30.
