Olympic Breakdancer Raygun Relives Kangaroo Hop In Surprise Appearance After Announcing Retirement
Scene-stealing Australian Olympic breakdancer Raygun has made a cameo appearance on stage at a music concert, following her announcement earlier this week of her retirement from competition.
Ray-gun – real name Rachael Gunn – confused critics and won hearts with her singular breakdancing style at the Paris Olympics this summer. She said earlier this week she was retiring after the scrutiny on her became too intense following the Games.

News.com.au website reports that Saturday evening she made an impromptu appearance on stage at Tone and I’d show at Melbourne’s Rod Laver arena – enchanting the crowd with her moves to the artist’s hit Dance with Me.
Her performance included her Olympic moves of swinging her arms around like a windmill and the kangaroo hop that brought her the world’s attention at the Games.
