Clark, who graduates next year from the University of Arkansas for Medical Studies, didn't have to think twice about saying "yes" to Crouser. "Easiest question I’ve ever been asked ❤️🥂," the Running Industry Diversity Coalition ambassador commented.

Congratulations from friends and family of the couple, who have been romantically linked since 2018, filled the comment section of their announcement. "An engagement that will PUT a smile on your face," NBC Olympics wrote in its own post sharing the happy news. "Congratulations to Ryan Crouser and his fiance Megan Clark! 💍."

"My goal usually when I go to compete at any time is just try to throw a personal best," Crouser told PEOPLE three years ago.
