Oil builds up on beaches of southern California after massive spill

Oil began to build up on the beaches of southern California on Sunday (October 3) after 3,000 barrels' worth gushed into the Pacific Ocean from an offshore rig. A pipeline breach occurred about 5 miles off the coast of Huntington Beach, said Orange County Supervisor Katrina Foley.
