October Snow Blankets Victoria, Minnesota

Snow blanketed Victoria, Minnesota, on October 22, following record-breaking snowfall in the state, local media reported.

Minnesota State Patrol warned that ice and snow were, “creating treacherous driving conditions across portions of west central Minnesota”.

The National Weather Service also issued a winter storm watch for central to northern Minnesota.
