A flash flood watch and tornado watch were issued for parts of Georgia on Thursday, March 25, as heavy rain, wind, and hail hit the region.
Footage shared by Twitter user @KambreeLynnPics, who said it was taken in the city of Woodstock, shows lightning and thunder seconds before a downpour begins.
The National Weather Service (NWS) predicted up to three inches of rainfall in northern Georgia, potentially causing creeks and streams to rise out of their banks.
