Nor'easter Floods New York City Streets

A powerful nor’easter storm dumped several inches of rain in New York City and nearby areas, causing flash flooding along roadways on October 26.

As of Tuesday afternoon, the storm had dropped 2.73 inches of rain in Central Park, while Newark received 3.08 inches and LaGuardia airport in Queens tallied 2.15 inches, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).

This footage, taken in Queens on Tuesday morning, shows vehicles driving through floodwater.
