Noah's Collab With Vuarnet Is Summer Style, Distilled

Not to get all "collaborations are a dime a dozen these days" on you, but...well, it's not entirely untrue. There are, without a doubt, a lot of 'em. Some? They're easy to ignore. But every once in a while one comes along that's perfectly suited to its times. In this case, the time in question is summer, and the collaboration that's right on the money for the warmer months comes courtesy of New York-based Noah and the iconic French sunglasses brand Vuarnet.

The small collection includes just a few key styles: sunglasses (naturally), five-panel caps, swim trunks, a rugby shirt, a T-shirt, and a sweatshirt. There are a couple different eyewear styles, the Atlantic and the District, which are each available in different colorways. And you can take your pick of a white, gray, or black cap (all in corduroy, which is just plain cool no matter the season). But ultimately, there's not much stuff here—and that's why it works. What do you really need for summer, anyways? Some easygoing, casual essentials, and that's about it.

Honestly, you could probably ditch the rest of your wardrobe and just suit up in this stuff for the rest of the summer and be totally fine. The trunks are cool enough to double as shorts, and you can throw the rugby or the crewneck sweatshirt over the tee if things get chilly. Toss on the shades when it gets sunny, and bring the cap into the mix for a little extra UV protection, and you're golden. Sure, there aren't shoes in the assortment, but screw it! Barefoot works. (Actually, maybe wear shoes.) It's summertime, man. The livin's easy. Enjoy.
