No new drama yet for Elena Kong
9 Feb – Even though she won Best Actress at the TVB Anniversary Awards last month, Elena Kong recently admitted that she has yet to have a new project in hand.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who spoke to the media at an event in Lam Tsuen on 7 February, shared that there has been no acting offers from TVB for the time being, though she is currently in negotiation for several advertisements.
"Maybe TVB wants me to get my cash prize first," she joked. "There is also no news as to whether the 'Get On A Flat' team will be reuniting for a new series."
However, Elena said that she has agreed to appear as a guest at co-star Andrew Lam's upcoming concert.
"He asked me to help, but I am not sure what I would be doing. It's so mysterious. But I do hope that I can sing although I am not very good at it," she said.
