Nigma Galaxy EU are currently on a roll in Division II of the 2021-2022 Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) Summer Tour regional league for Western Europe.

The team have won all four of their matches so far without dropping a single game in their quest to return to the top flight of Dota 2.

It has been an absolutely stellar performance from Nigma Galaxy EU, and a much-needed boost for the team and their fans after they were demoted from Division I after an abysmal showing in the Spring Tour.

After defeating Brame, 2-0, Nigma Galaxy EU offlaner, Ivan "MinD_ContRoL" Ivanov, sat down with the panel to share his thoughts on Pudge in the competitive scene, what Sumail "SumaiL" Hassan brings to the team, and what they gave Amer "Miracle-" Al-Barkawi for his birthday.

MinD_ContRoL: Pudge is undervalued right now

Nigma Galaxy's victory over Brame featured MinD_ContRoL's second time playing Pudge in a competitive match — his first time was back in 2014.

The offlaner for Nigma Galaxy had forgotten he played Pudge before, saying, "I thought it was my first one, I don't know when I played it."

Pudge has received several buffs in the last few patches, gaining a damage block on Flesh Heap, more damage on Dismember, and higher base damage. All these buffs have made the hero a viable offlaner that MinD_ContRoL believes is underpicked.

"Pudge is a very good offlaner, I'm surprised it's not that famous yet," said MinD_ControL.

SumaiL key to Summer Tour performance

At the start of the Summer Tour, Nigma Galaxy recruited SumaiL as their new midlaner and moved Miracle- to the carry role after parting ways with Igor "iLTW" Filatov.

So far, the roster change has been a good move for Nigma Galaxy and MinD_ContRoL believes a lot of their success is due to SumaiL.

"We just feel very good with SumaiL. He giving us much more confidence. It's more about we fit together really good. I feel like he's helping us to play the game better," said MinD_ControL.

"I don't even know how to explain it, it just feels very good."

Nigma Galaxy are enjoying good vibes right now, as not only are they on their way back into Division I, but they also recently celebrated Miracle's birthday.

When asked what they got him, MinD_ContRoL had a surprising answer.

"We gave him a skateboard. A small one, he can't actually use it but it looks cool," the Nigma Galaxy pro said.

Considering the risks that come with using skateboards, perhaps it's a good thing Miracle can't use his.
