NHS England boss remains silent when asked about Hancock

NHS Chief Sir Simon Stevens remained silent when asked whether he had confidence in Health Secretary Matt Hancock. It comes after former adviser Dominic Cummings released images of private messages which appear to show the PM calling the health secretary "hopeless".
