To say that Nancy Pellegrino NP, aka social media's "Nurse Nancy," knows her stuff is an understatement. A nurse practitioner for over 30 years, she's also an aesthetic medicine specialist lending her tips, tricks and expertise to her mega-popular Instagram page @NurseNancyNP. Pellegrino calls herself a "nurse entrepreneur," and it's easy to see why — she's the founder of NP Aesthetics, Inc., the co-founder of The Route Beauty providing nurse-powered, medical-grade luxury skincare and has appeared as a guest on countless blogs and podcasts.

The Route Triple Cleanse is a cream-to-oil-to-milk cleanser that truly pampers the skin. "You add water which acts as an emulsifier...it leaves the skin refreshed and hydrated," shared Pellegrino, who adds that moisture is likely the key component to anti-aging.
AmLactin Alpha Hydroxy Restoring Lotion
"I have been recommending this for at least 20 years," raved Pellegrino about the AmLactin Alpha Hydroxing Restoring Lotion. "It causes exfoliation, but it also causes hydration. It's my go-to, I love this product."
