Neighbours is resurrecting its connection with the Robbie family, as Margot's younger brother Cameron has joined the cast as Jesse Porter.
Described by Australia's Sunday Telegraph as a 'wealthy lifeguard' who takes a summer job at Lassiters bar, fans can expect to meet Jesse onscreen this March.
Two-time Oscar nominee Margot played Donna Freedman in the soap between 2008 and 2011.
Ahead of his Erinsborough debut, 25-year-old Cameron commented: "Margot, like many of my industry friends or go-to professionals, says a similar thing of 'work hard, train hard, be kind and grateful and enjoy the experience'.
"But it's always comforting to know that if I ever need her, she's only a phonecall away."
On the subject of living up to The Suicide Squad star's stratospheric success, he went on to share: "I've been working in and around film sets [and] behind the camera since I was in high school, and I've always studied acting and film since that time as well.
"There's definitely a strong 'want' to do well with my work and grow with my abilities.
"But no, I don't place pressure on myself regarding her success, only my own expectation that I work hard, pursue what I love and make it meaningful," concluded Cameron.
Neighbours airs on Channel 5 in the UK and on 10 Peach in Australia.
