Joe Biden’s Oval Office Address On Decision To Exit 2024 Race Watched By Nearly 29 Million; ABC News Tops Networks
Nearly 29 million people watched President Joe Biden’s Oval Office address to the nation on Wednesday, when he talked of his decision to exit the 2024 presidential race.
According to Nielsen, the address drew 28.9 million people across 15 networks.

An estimated 22 million were age 55 and over, 4.8 million were 35-54, and 1.38 million were 18-34.
ABC News drew the highest number of total viewers of all the networks, averaging 6.81 million, followed by Fox News with 5.37 million, CBS News with 4.22 million, NBC News with 3.82 million, MSNBC with 3.53 million, CNN with 2.34 million and Fox Broadcasting with 1.62 million.
In the 25-54 demo, ABC News averaged 1.45 million followed by Fox News with 950,000, CBS News with 897,000, NBC News with 729,000, CNN with 654,000, MSNBC with 486,000 and Fox Broadcasting with 482,000.
