Mississippi Gov. Tate Reeves said on Thursday that 600 National Guard members were aiding the response to the water crisis in the state capital, Jackson.
- I am bringing soldiers and airmen in from all over the state to help with this. We've got, as the governor said, 600 men and women who will be on the [INAUDIBLE] sites helping distribute water. We also have tankers at those sites. So we've got non-potable water that's available for containers that people may want to bring in.
- [INAUDIBLE] water.
