(SOUNDBITE) (Polish) DIRECTOR OF POLAND'S NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF REMEMBRANCE (IPN) ARCHIVE, MARZENA KRUK, SAYING:"We know he spent almost a year in Poland in 1964 and in 1965. He worked at the military attaché office. He traveled a bit around Poland, he was in Bialystok and in Olsztyn where he showed interest in military facilities."
According to the Institute of National Remembrance
Bond was under strict surveillance
