13 Jan – Nabila Huda recently admitted that she is elated to finally get the chance to work in an Osman Ali movie.

The actress, who appeared at the launch of the filmmaker's new horror movie, "Telaga Suriram", stated that it has been a dream of hers to work with the said filmmaker, after being such a fan of his works including "Anak Halal".

"I have been a big fan of "Anak Halal" and other Osman Ali's creations. But at the same time, I was worried that my desire to work with him would end up with nothing, so I decided not to have high hopes," she said.

"Praise be to God, he suddenly contacted me for the movie. As soon as I got the script and the synopsis, I was so thankful, because it was what I had wanted," she said.

In the upcoming movie, Nabila will be playing the role of a woman named Maimon, who was rendered mute due to a childhood trauma.

"I can't share much, but there is only one percent worth of dialogue for me in the film," she enthused.

The upcoming movie will co-star Farid Kamil, Scha Alyahya, and Maya Karin, with filming to begin 20 January.
