Multiple Fatalities Confirmed Following Landslides in West Java

Indonesian officials said at least 11 people were killed in two landslides caused by heavy rain in the West Java village of Cihanjuang on Saturday, January 9.

The second landslide occurred as rescue teams were responding to the first, the Jakarta Post reported. Members of the search team were among the missing, state media said.
