Mourners Lay Flowers Outside British Consulate in Hong Kong

Flowers were laid outside the British Consulate in Hong Kong on Friday, September 9, in tribute to Queen Elizabeth II.

The consulate opened its doors to mourners on the morning of September 9, according to the South China Morning Post.
