Mourners dangerously climb Victoria Memorial outside Buckingham Palace after Queen’s death

Dozens of people were seen climbing on top of The Queen Victoria Memorial outside London's Buckingham Palace after the death of Queen Elizabeth II was announced. Their action sparked outrage among other people who gathered at the London royal residence to pay their respect to the monarch. It has been reported that the police intervened asking people to get off the Queen Victoria Memorial, a monument that is 25 metres high.
