Motorcyclist, 27, killed in single-vehicle crash near Calabogie, Ont.

A 27-year-old man is dead after crashing his motorcycle on Highway 508 near Calabogie Ont., Ontario Provincial Police said on Saturday.

The collision happened at about 1:45pm and involved a single motorcycle, police said.

Police asked drivers to avoid Highway 508 between Black Donald and Centennial Lake Road in Greater Madawaska Township, Renfrew County.

The road remained closed as of 5pm while police conducted a scene investigation.
