Motorbike Falls Over in Chennai Floodwater
The death toll from flooding in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu rose to 14 on Thursday, November 11, The Indian Express reported.
India’s Meteorological Department forecast continued heavy rain in the southeast of the country through to Saturday as a low-pressure system moves in from the Bay of Bengal.
