Moscow breaks temperature records mid-April

Muscovities seemed to be enjoying the summer-warm day in the middle of spring, they wore light clothes and were seemingly not worried about global warming.

According to news agency Interfax, the previous record for the day was fixed in 2008 at 68.72 degrees Farenheit (20.4° C).

It's possible they may set another record on Wednesday, as weather forecasts predict a temperature of up to 73.4 degrees Farenheit (23° C).
