This Morning's Holly Willoughby is celebrating 11 years on the ITV show, and has thanked her long-serving co-host Phillip Schofield.
The presenter took to Instagram on Monday (September 14) to mark the special occasion, sharing an old photo of her clinging onto Schofield's arm.
"11 years ago today... and I've never let go! @thismorning @schofe thank you for having me," she captioned the post.
Anyone who watches the morning show will know that Willoughby and Schofield are inseparable, which can be a bit of an issue during a global pandemic. But ITV soon found a safe way to get the presenting duo close together again.
Earlier this month, when the pair returned from their annual summer break, the show found a way to allow the presenters to have their first hug in six months.
With a plastic 'cuddle curtain' set up between them, the pair were able to slot their arms through protective sleeves and give each other a cuddle.
Before embracing each other, Holly asked: "How long has it actually been since we've done this?" Phil answered: "A long time, since April, March." Holly then added: "So like, almost six months?"
An emotional Schofield said: "I don't want to let go," prompting Willoughby to ask if they could keep the cuddle curtain in the corner of the studio.
It's been a long year.
This Morning airs on weekday mornings from 10am on ITV.
