Morning Fog Engulfs Providence Skyline
The skyline in Providence, Rhode Island, peaked through heavy fog on the morning of November 4, as visibility tanked to as low as a quarter mile.
The National Weather Service had warned area residents to be careful driving in the fog on Friday morning, and reported visibility had decreased to as low as a quarter mile in Newport, Smithfield, and Warwick.
