Montreal police investigating after body found in Angrignon Park

Montreal police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found in Angrignon Park in the Sud-Ouest borough.

Police responded to a 911 call at 1:55 p.m. Monday afternoon and found the body of a 36-year-old man upon arrival.

A security perimeter was set up near the intersection of Angrignon and Trinitaires boulevards as officials conducted their investigation.

Police initially considered the man's death to be suspicious but have now ruled it accidental.

An autopsy will be performed.
