'Moments of Panic': Passengers Watch as Wildfire Encroaches on Train in Northwest Spain
Passengers looked on with concern as a wildfire burning in northwest Spain, encroached on their train carriage on the morning of July 18.
This footage, captured by Francisco Seoane Pérez in Sanbaria shows panicked passengers watching as flames and smoke were spotted outside the train windows.
Spain’s official rail traffic information Twitter account said that services in Sanbaria on the Madrid-Galicia line were suspended due to the blaze.
The country’s national rail network Renfe said an alternate route by road would be provided for commuters in the area.
