SITI NOOR AFERA ABU

KUALA LUMPUR, March 19 (Bernama) -- Malaysia Marine And Heavy Engineering Holdings Bhd (MMHE) decides to defer their 31st annual general meeting (AGM), which was scheduled on April 9, 2020, in the interest of public health.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, it said the move was also in line with the government announcement of a nationwide 14-day Movement Control Order from March 18 to March 31 to combat the spreading of COVID-19.

A new date would be announced in due course.
