A Russian missile strike damaged a kindergarten and residential buildings in Kurakhove, Donetsk Oblast, on June 7, Ukrainian officials said.
Russian forces fired on 15 settlements in Donetsk Oblast on June 7, the Donetsk regional administration said.
Kurakhove Mayor Roman Padun said a missile struck the center of the city around 10 am, according to a machine translation.
At least three five-story buildings were damaged by the missile strike in Kurakhove as well as a kindergarten, police said. No one was immediately reported injured in Kurakhove, but the regional administration said there were deaths and injuries in the oblast.
