Mira Filzah dismisses the notion of losing popularity

21 Jun – Mira Filzah has recently dismissed the notion that her popularity has gone down now that she is a married woman, seeing that she hasn't had much screen time since then.

The actress, who tied the knot with non-showbiz husband Wan Emir late last year, recently responded to a question from a fan about her popularity status, saying that she has already had her fair share of stardom circa 2016 to 2019.

"I think I've pushed too hard since 2016 to 2019 with work and more work, shooting back to back non-stop. After I got married, I thought to myself that I should rearrange my schedule better so that I will have time and space for my husband and the family," she said.

Mira also stressed that she chooses to limit herself when it comes to filming new TV shows and dramas and that she is happy to be able to spend more time with her husband.

"At the end of the day, you decide what is your priority and what do you want in your life. To say that I am fully satisfied with my acting career, no. I have a lot more to try. God willing, I will continue acting depending on the timing," she added.

Mira was last seen starring alongside Sean Lee in the telemovie, "My Future Husband" and the TV series, "The Maid"
