Millions Without Power as Historic Winter Weather Hits Texas

More than 2.5 million people were without power across Texas on Monday, February 15, as demand for power surged during the state’s coldest spell in decades.

This footage, filmed by Bobby Brannan, shows snow falling early on Monday. The video was recorded in Texarkana in Bowie County, Brannan said.
