Two luxury real estate brokers and their brother boasted about carrying out sexual assaults at school with one of the trio even alluding to the abuse in a yearbook post, federal prosecutors claimed in a court filing.

Siblings Oren and Tal Alexander—along with Oren’s twin, Alon, who did not work in real estate—were arrested in the Miami Beach area Wednesday. An indictment alleged that the three brothers worked together for “well over a decade” to “repeatedly and violently drug, sexually assault, and rape dozens of victims.”

On Friday, twins Oren and Alon pleaded not guilty, and were set to be freed. The two will be on house arrest and must wear ankle monitors and give up their passports.

Their father, Shlomy Alexander, put up a total of $5 million for their bail.

Oren used the reasoning that his wife, Kamila Hansen, is pregnant.

The news of their release comes after multiple allegations of sexual assault were made against them in civil lawsuits filed earlier this year. Tal, 38, has not appeared before a judge as of yet but is scheduled to on Friday.

In a letter to judges, prosecutors wrote that all three brothers relied on their “substantial wealth and connections to carry out and conceal their crimes for years,” alleging they committed sex crimes “both before and after Tal and Oren Alexander rose to prominence in real estate.”

The pair became well-known at Douglas Elliman—where they helped to sell one Manhattan penthouse for almost $240 million in a record-setting deal—before starting their own company, Official.

“Evidence from the investigation, including multiple victim and witness accounts, shows that the Alexander Brothers began engaging in acts of sexual violence, including gang rapes, while still in high school in Miami, Florida,” prosecutors wrote, adding that investigators had spoken to “multiple women” who said they were raped by at least one of the brothers at high school in the early 2000s.

“Each of the victims that the Government has interviewed from this period reported hearing that individuals involved—including Tal Alexander—talked about the assaults at school, boasting about ‘running train’ on their victims and saying that they wanted to ‘do it again,’” the letter continued.

Prosecutors further alleged that “Oren bragged about doing so in his high school yearbook,” citing a Curbed report which claimed Oren had said his “most memorable moment” at the school was: “Riding my first ‘choo-choo’ train.” Prosecutors noted that “‘Running train’ is a term used to refer to a group of males having sex with the same female, one after another.”

WTVJ obtained photos from a yearbook from Michael Krop Senior High School in Miami purportedly showing the quote.

Oren and Alon, both 37, on Thursday were ordered held without bond by a Florida judge.
