Just like SS, the latest addition to the streamer's reality TV catalogue follows a group of real estate agents who compete against one another to sell lavish homes to the mega rich, except this time they're in the Hamptons, and not Los Angeles.
One of the central players on the show is realtor Michael Fulfree, who is best friends with fellow Nest Seekers colleague JB Andreassi.
Straight off the bat, we find out that Michael and his wife Samantha are expecting a baby, which means he's more motivated than ever to sell, sell, sell so that he can "provide for the family".
In the final episode, we do get to meet baby Luca John Fulfree via video chat, who has just been born.
Michael mentions Sam in conversation with his Nest Seekers team and we see a photo or two of her in the show. But she never makes an appearance.
So, who is she?
Michael and Sam married in December 2018 and they have one child, Luca, who is just over a year old.
She is also the fourth generation owner of Cancos, a company which specialises in ceramic tiles, marble and granite.
There's no explanation as to why Sam doesn't make an appearance on the show.
Perhaps the producers were keen to keep the focus predominantly on Nest Seekers, or maybe Sam just didn't fancy the limelight.
There's been no word yet on whether Million Dollar Beach House will be back for a second season, but we did some digging anyway to see what the cast are up to now.
Chatting to Esquire, Peggy Zabakolas, the only woman on the team, said: "Everything is very natural, very authentic [with the rest of the team]. We all work at Nest Seekers. I'm actually having dinner with them tonight.
"I think because we had this experience together, whether we like it or not, we're all kind of a little family now."
But it doesn't sound like the rift between herself and Noel Roberts is completely fixed.
"We obviously discussed things off camera, but I think I was trying so hard to see the true him and trying so hard to get down to the bottom of what was going on," she said. "I was giving him the benefit of the doubt and trying to pull these layers off of him that he wasn't ready to do.
"So I think now I just know what I'm getting with him. It is what it is. I can't expect anything. We're so civil, we're cordial, we work together. There's no bad blood, it's just I still have no idea what the truth really was, so I just left it at that and just moved on."
James Giugliano is also now a father. His wife Kelsey gave birth to a boy last year, who they named Rocco.
Million Dollar Beach House is available on Netflix now.
