Mike Tindall reveals he's a hands-on dad, as small daughters cause 'carnage'

Mike Tindall has given a glimpse into his weekends at home with three children as he reveals he recently enjoyed a hectic day of making, baking and rugby with his daughters, and a quiet day at home with baby Lucas.
Tindall, who is married to the Queen's granddaughter Zara Tindall, is adapting to life as a father of three after the couple welcomed their first son in March.
The Tindalls already had two daughters, Mia and Lena, who are seven and two.
Speaking on his podcast, The Good, The Bad, and The Rugby, Tindal told his co-hosts: "It's been a good, fun, family weekend."
Zara was seen for the first time on Sunday since the funeral of her grandfather, the Duke of Edinburgh.
She wrapped up in a waterproof coat and cap as she looked after Lucas who was in his pram while she watched horses at the Cirencester Park International Horse Trials.
While she was there, Tindall said he spent the day baking with his daughters, before taking Mia to the rugby.
He told the podcast: "We did a role reversal - I had the girls, and it was carnage.
"Making, baking, taking Mia to rugby on Sunday."
Asked by his co-host if he'd had to tell Mia to "calm down" on the pitch, Tindall replied:
"She's into it, she says she is not into it, 'I don't want to go, I never want to go,' and when she gets there, she always has fun."
His day was calmer on the Saturday, he admitted, as he stayed home alone with baby Lucas.
"I had a great Saturday, because Zara's horses were running so she went off to watch them, took the girls with her and I had the wee man, and literally you feed him, he goes to sleep, I went to the gym, he wakes up, I feed him. I watched rugby whilst I was feeding him, he went back to sleep.
"It was the best day. Just the house on your own."

Lucas Philip Tindall was born on 21 March weighing 8lbs 4oz - on the bathroom floor when the couple realised they would not be able to get to the hospital in time.
Tindall previously shared the birth story on his podcast, saying they were able to divert the midwife from the hospital to their home, and adding that Zara's friend Dolly Maude was also on hand.
Neither of the Tindalls carry out royal duties, and they are free to make their own money.
Former rugby player Tindall has shared some details about the funeral of Prince Philip in recent weeks, and also worked with the Duchess of Gloucester to raise the profile of Parkinson's, during World Parkinson's Day.
