Migrant deaths: ‘We need to make changes’ says minister

Immigration minister Kevin Foster has said that changes need to be made after at least 27 people died in the English Channel in their attempt to journey to the UK. The MP added that French and British governments were focusing on "breaking the business model" of the "ruthless" people traffickers who attempt to bring vulnerable migrants to the UK.
