Mexican Independence celebrations block the streets of downtown Chicago

On the eve of Mexican Independence day on September 15, people of Mexican culture celebrate in the streets of downtown Chicago. As a result, Chicago police closed several bridges over the river, including State Street, and revelers blocked streets with their parked cars in order to dance and celebrate in the streets.
