Meghan Trainor's Honeymoon to Bora Bora Is the 'Most Expensive Thing' She's Ever Purchased (Besides Real Estate)
The 'Been Like This' singer and her husband Daryl Sabara took her family along for the post-wedding trip after they tied the knot in December 2018
Meghan Trainor is revealing her biggest splurge.
In a new interview with The Guardian, the "All About That Bass" singer, 30, was asked to share the "most expensive thing" she's ever bought, aside from real estate property.
"At the beginning of 2019, I brought my entire family with me on my honeymoon to Bora Bora," she told the publication.
While Trainor splashed out on the island vacation for her crew, she did save some money in the wedding budget by using her own home as the venue for her ceremony. She and husband Daryl Sabara tied the knot in December 2018 in the backyard of their Los Angeles residence. For the intimate nuptials, they were joined by 100 close friends and family.

Trainor also told The Guardian that Sabara, 32, is the greatest love of her life.
"Our mutual friend Chloë Grace Moretz set us up. I said, 'I really want a nice guy,' and she said, 'My best friend is the nicest guy I’ve ever met,' and he truly is," she said of the Spy Kids alum, with whom she now shares two sons, Riley, 3, and Barry, 11 months.

The musician previously joked that Sabara has a small flaw. During an appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show in May, the Grammy winner revealed the one thing she could do without.
"It’s that morning breath," she explained with a laugh. "You know what I’m saying? I love you. He’s here. He’s here today. He’s looking so cute. He’s so f---in’ handsome."
"You know when some dudes are like — he’s gonna kill me — you know when some dudes are like, ‘I can’t brush my teeth until I have my coffee,’ and I’m like, ‘That’s not math, baby.’ He’s like, ‘It’ll ruin my coffee.’ I’m like, ‘You’re ruining my day, so brush your teeth,' " she continued.
"That’s my only flaw with him. He probably has so many for me," Trainor added. "Probably my open mouth. Probably just my talking about everything everywhere."
In an interview with PEOPLE in March, Trainor and Sabara — who went on their first date in 2016 — opened up about how they make sure to prioritize their relationship and squeeze in some alone time as a couple while raising their two young boys.
