Meet the “Bridgerton” Cast's Real-Life Partners
'Bridgerton' includes some epic love stories — and some of the cast has found similarly swoonworthy love offscreen
Netflix’s Bridgerton is full of romance, and many of the actors have found love offscreen as well.
Based on Julia Quinn’s bestselling novels of the same name, the series follows the Bridgerton family in the Regency era as they each find life partners.
With each season based on a different Bridgerton family member, there have been some epic love stories throughout, including Daphne and Simon’s "opposites attract" romance and Anthony and Kate’s star-crossed relationship.
Now, Penelope and Colin are taking center stage as the friends-to-lovers trope. Though season 3 stars Nicola Coughlan and Luke Newton have shut down dating rumors between them, some of their castmates are happily taken.
Here’s everything to know about the real-life partners of the Bridgerton cast.

Regé-Jean Page
Regé-Jean Page, who plays Simon Basset, Duke of Hastings in season 1, has been dating his girlfriend Emily Brown for several years.
The two first sparked dating rumors in February 2021 when they were photographed kissing, though their relationship seems to date back to 2019 when Page was filming Bridgerton season 1. In a post shared by his costar Nicola Coughlan, Brown can be seen cuddling up with Page at the Netflix show's Christmas party in 2019.
In the years since, the two have kept their relationships mostly under wraps; that being said, Brown has supported Page at a number of events, including the 2024 BAFTA Gala, the BAFTA Awards afterparty in 2023 and the 2022 Vanity Fair Oscar Party.
Phoebe Dynevor
Phoebe Dynevor, who plays Daphne Bridgerton in seasons 1 and 2 of the show, is engaged to actor Cameron Fuller.
They were first photographed together in March 2023, however, they didn't spark dating rumors until a month later when they were seen holding hands in London.
In July 2023, they attended Wimbledon together, and the two made their first red carpet appearance as a couple at the EE BAFTA Film Awards Dinner in London, England on Feb. 18, 2024.
In May 2024, Dynevor sparked engagement rumors with a sizable ring on her left hand. Fuller later confirmed their engagement by posting a sweet photo of Dynevor’s elated reaction during his proposal.
Jonathan Bailey
Jonathan Bailey, who plays Anthony Bridgerton on the series, previously revealed that he was in a relationship with a “lovely man” in December 2023. However, Bailey noted that he has chosen to keep the identity of his partner and details about their relationship private.
“It’s not secret, but it’s private,” he told the Evening Standard. “Having a private life is, for me, completely critical. I don’t know if I would be able to be as confident to speak out on other things if I felt that my whole life was up for grabs.”
Simone Ashley
Simone Ashley, who joined the cast of Bridgerton in season 2 as Anthony’s future wife Kate, is in a relationship with GP Ice Race CEO Constantin "Tino" Klein.
Ashley and Klein first met in May 2022 at the Grand Prix in Monaco. That December, Ashley went Instagram official with him as she posted a series of photos of Klein on her Instagram, including one photo of them vacationing in the snowy mountains together with her dog.
They later made their first public appearance together at the Netflix BAFTA Awards afterparty in February 2023, which Ashley later posted about on Instagram.
Claudia Jessie
Claudia Jessie, who plays Eloise Bridgerton on the series, is in a relationship with Bridgerton casting director Cole Edwards.
The couple have rarely stepped out together publicly, though they have given small glimpses of their romance. During an interview with The Guardian published in April 2024, Jessie opened up about Edwards as she reflected on her Bridgerton audition. “I got a job and a fella on the same day,” she told the publication, adding, “It was a great day for me, wasn’t it?”
In a separate interview, Jessie gave a shoutout to Edwards and fellow casting director Kelly Hendry, noting that her Bridgerton audition was “the most joyful audition” she ever had, adding that they did a “really spectacular job.”
Adjoa Andoh
Adjoa Andoh, who plays Lady Danbury on both Bridgerton and the spinoff series Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story, is married to author Howard Cunnell.
The two first met in 1994 when they crossed paths at the Battersea Arts Centre’s bookshop. “I had a theatre company called Wild Iris. We had a tiny little office at the centre. One of our directors came in one day to say someone was taking over the bookstore downstairs, and that he was tasty,” Andoh explained to The Guardian of their first encounter. “We went in and there was Howard. He was this very smiley man behind the till in a patch of sunshine.”
Cunnell was just as taken aback by Andoh, telling the publication he “lost [his] head” when he saw her come down the staircase. Though they started as friends, with Andoh and her daughter from a previous relationship regularly spending time at the bookstore, their relationship turned into something more a year later.
They welcomed two children together, in 1996 and 1997, and moved in together in Brixton, along with her older daughter. They later tied the knot in 2001 at St Saviours Church in Herne Hill.
The couple keep their relationship fairly private, though Andoh has posted about Cunnell from time to time, including a sweet photo of them on the beach as she celebrated her birthday in January 2022.
Polly Walker
Polly Walker, who plays Lady Featherington on the series, is married to actor Laurence Penry-Jones.
The two reportedly first met in 2003 at the Theatre West End and tied the knot in October 2008. Through their marriage, Penry-Jones also became a stepfather to Walker’s two children, Giorgio and Delilah.
Though they tend to keep their relationship out of the spotlight, they have stepped out for a handful of red carpet events through the years, including the HBO Golden Globes afterparty in 2006.
Golda Rosheuvel
Golda Rosheuvel, who plays Queen Charlotte on both Bridgerton and the spinoff series Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story, has been with her partner, writer Shireen Mula, for over a decade.
Their relationship first began in the early 2010s when they met “the old-fashioned way — at a mate’s party,” as Rosheuvel told The Guardian in 2022.
As the couple approached their 10th anniversary, Rosheuvel appeared on the Just for Variety podcast, where she recalled how she was advised not to come out as gay by a lesbian director early in her career — but she is now “out and proud.”
She added that Mula has been incredibly supportive of her career and life in the spotlight. “My sexuality is really important to me in terms of existing, knowing that I’m important. I’m as important as anyone on the planet,” Rosheuvel said. “My partner always says, ‘The mere fact that you’re on the screen. The mere fact that you’re in Bridgerton as a Black, biracial, cis-gender, lesbian playing the first Black queen of England. The fact that you’re there is immense.’ ”
Luke Newton
Luke Newton seemed to confirm that he is dating Antonia Roumelioti in June 2024. The couple was photographed holding hands as they left an afterparty together following the London premiere of the second part of Bridgerton's third season.
Roumelioti is a professional dancer who often shares her moves on Instagram. She competed on Greece's Got Talent when she was in high school.
