After experiencing just two rounds of terrible guesses from Ken Jeong, The Masked Singer US' Mouse has left the competition. The good news? We now know the celebrity behind the frighteningly elaborate mask.

In last night's (February 26) episode, viewers' and even Digital Spy's own suspicions were confirmed at last when legendary soul singer Dionne Warwick was revealed as the Mouse.

We told you so.

Speaking to TVLine about her short-lived stint on the US series, Warwick revealed that she thought her distinctive voice would be her downfall. "You know, I must admit: I thought, 'Well, everybody's gonna know who I am.'

"There's no way I would be able to sing any other way than I sing."

Sharing her unique experience of singing in a giant mouse costume, the singer admitted that although she had "no problem with singing in it", she sometimes struggled with the Mouse's head.

"The only thing that I was very cognisant of was the motion of that head," she explained. "It was quite mobile. [The Mouse] moved it quite a bit."

As well as Mouse, viewers of The Masked Singer US have already seen the identities of Robot, Llama, Miss Monster, and Elephant revealed. The remaining contestants continue to be a technicolour mystery, however.

Fortunately, we at Digital Spy have generously shared our theories right here.

The Masked Singer US airs on FOX.
