Martha Stewart is all about the holidays!

A post shared to the lifestyle mogul's Facebook account revealed a sweet photo of Stewart, 82, celebrating Christmas at age 14.

"This picture of me at 14 was taken by my father in front of the Kostyra tree. I am all decked out in holiday finery—my first formal dress, sewn at home by Mother and me: ice-blue taffeta with a pink net overlay and pink tulle gloves," a statement from Stewart explained.

The caption added that the cookbook author's Christmas holiday as a kid included fun photo-ops and "was always a day filled with a flurry of activity, from baking and cooking to decorating and gifting." It also invited fans to check out Stewart's other "most cherished Christmas traditions" through a post on her website.

Speaking about family earlier this month, Stewart opened up to PEOPLE about hosting her granddaughter and five friends during a recent weekend.

"I cooked them the best gourmet meals I could conjure up. I was going to give them an apple tart lesson, but we ran out of time," she said.

Stewart was just as busy during Thanksgiving, as she revealed in an Instagram post that she baked 30 pies over two days.

"Finally finished two day pie marathon!!! baked thirty pies Lemon curd, pecan, chocolate pecan, pumpkin and cranberry I haven't tasted any of them yet but tomorrow I will report on taste and texture and appearance," her caption read.

Apart from entertaining, the multi-hyphenate puts just as much importance on being a good guest.

"If I'm traveling, I fold my towels and leave them in a neat little pile. I wipe up the sink. I don't leave any garbage anywhere. I leave the hangers hanging in the closet. I hang the robe back up if I've used it, on a hook," she told PEOPLE in October. "I just can't bear it when people leave a horrible mess in the room. It's the worst."

During a recent appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show, Stewart revealed her secret to dealing with guests who have overstayed their welcome.

"Frankly I just say, 'I'm going to bed I'll see you.' I do, I just say that," she said, while revealing how she dealt with the issue on a specific occasion.

"One night I had the fire department show up. Nobody would leave, we just put the fire alarm on," she explained before admitting: "Not really, we did have a malfunction in the furnace and the whole fire department showed up and the fire chief came in he told everybody get outside. It was like zero outside and he made everybody go outside without their phones. That's one way to get rid of them."
