Martha Stewart Heads to Paris Olympics with Perfectly Coordinated Red, White and Blue Luggage
The culinary icon has great fashion taste
Martha Stewart is headed to Paris in style for the 2024 Olympic Games!
On Tuesday, July 30, the lifestyle mogul, 82, showed off her chic and patriotic style while en route to the summer games.
“This is the way to go to Paris to the Olympics,” she wrote over an Instagram Stories photo. In the picture, Stewart stood at the airport with several suitcases and a carry-on bag.
She smiled as all her pieces, plus a festive red, white and blue jacket by "my neighbor" Ralph Lauren, were on display.
“Luggage in American and French,” she continued, adding “red white and blue!!!”
Stewart tagged Rimowa, a company that prides itself on their “High-Quality Luggage and Travel Accessories,” as the suitcase designers. The television personality went with “my neighbor” Ralph Lauren for the red, white and blue jacket she wore.
And while she may have made a name for herself with lifestyle magazines and cookbooks, the entrepreneur has been recognized in the sports community on more than one occasion.
For the past two years, the culinary icon has appeared as a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model.
In 2023, Stewart told PEOPLE all about the experience.
"It's important to stand up to challenges, whether they're beauty challenges or intellectual challenges, even philanthropic challenges," she said. "To be able to stand up and do it — to me — is so fun! And this is accomplishing something that not everybody would accomplish."
SI Swimsuit editor-in-chief MJ Day called Stewart, who was 81 at the time, a "legend."
"Our goal with the 2023 issue is to continue to evoke captivating and thought-provoking conversations," Day said.

"While the industry wavers on its arbitrary notion of beauty, our issue has stayed the course,” the editor-in-chief shared, adding that they wanted to highlight “unapologetic women from different walks of life who continue to forge their own paths on their own terms."
At the time, Stewart joked that the "once in a lifetime" opportunity should have happened "30 years" earlier, before being selected again in 2024.
"It's all the super girls!" she exclusively told PEOPLE of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 60th Anniversary Legends photo shoot.
"I mean, Christie Brinkley and Tyra Banks and all of them. Fantastic. And I look just as good as they did, which was even better. I'm joking, of course."

She added, "It made other women feel good. It made women feel like there are possibilities. If Martha Stewart can pose in a bathing suit at her age and look good and give the impression of utter success and happiness, then why can't they?"
