Man and Two Daughters Rescued From Car Roof Amid Flash Flooding in Arizona

Fire crews in Catalina, Arizona, rescued a man and his two young daughters from the roof of their car after it was “swept away in fast moving water” on July 14.

A flash flood warning was in place on Wednesday for counties east of Phoenix.
